Payment: is due at time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, cheques, debit cards, Visa, and Mastercard. We will be happy to complete dental insurance claims for you, and many of these can be filed electronically, resulting in prompt payment to you from your insurance provider. All we ask of you is that you provide us with your current insurance information when you arrive for your appointment. If you are uncertain as to what coverage you may have, you will need to contact your insurance provider directly. This is due to privacy legislation which prevents us from inquiring on your behalf. Most major dental services require prior-approval, so should you require these services, we will be pleased to complete the necessary prior approval form for you. Your insurance company will then send you notice of what coverage you are entitled to under the terms of your insurance plan.
Missed Appointments: represent a cost to you, and a loss to other patients who could have been seen in the time reserved specifically for you. We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must change your appointment. We will be happy to reschedule you to another day that would work better for you. As a courtesy, our office confirms appointments within two working days in advance, so we would ask that you provide us with the best contact numbers to reach you.
